RABHA LLC

1. Scope of work. Every engagement begins with an intake call or form submission, followed by a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and price. Work only begins once the proposal is accepted and the deposit is received. Any request outside the agreed scope is treated as a change order and quoted separately.

2. Payment terms. Standard projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before final files/credentials are handed over. Larger engagements may be split into milestone payments, detailed in the proposal. Payments are processed through Stripe via invoice or payment link; RABHA LLC does not store card details.

3. Timelines. Delivery dates in a proposal are estimates based on the agreed scope and on the client providing requested content/feedback on time. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may shift the delivery date accordingly.

4. Revisions. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the proposal. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly or fixed rate, agreed in advance.

5. Ownership & IP. Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered files (code, design assets) transfers to the client. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of RABHA LLC. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries used to build the project remain the property of RABHA LLC and are licensed for use within the delivered product.

6. Client responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any required third-party accounts/access (domain, hosting, APIs). Delays here are outside RABHA LLC's control.

7. Availability & delivery. Services are delivered remotely to clients worldwide over email, video calls, and shared project files. No physical goods are shipped, and no export-controlled goods or services are involved.

8. Limitation of liability. RABHA LLC's total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. RABHA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work.

Before work starts. If you change your mind after paying the deposit but before any work has begun, the deposit is refunded in full, minus any payment-processing fees already incurred.

After work has started. Once design or development work is underway, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed. If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client is invoiced (or refunded the difference) for the work actually completed, based on the milestones delivered.

Completed & delivered work. Once a project is delivered and approved by the client, it is considered final and is not eligible for a refund. Any post-delivery issues are handled as bug fixes, not refunds, for a period of 14 days after delivery, at no extra charge.

Disputes & chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, please email contacts@rabhallc.us first — most issues are resolved directly and faster this way than through a card dispute. We respond to all dispute and refund requests within 5 business days.

Either party may cancel an engagement in writing (email) at any time. Cancellation before work begins results in a full deposit refund, as described above. Cancellation after work has begun results in an invoice (or partial refund) for the milestones completed to date, with all remaining files and assets produced up to that point handed over to the client.

For ongoing or retainer-based engagements, either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice; the client is billed only for time/work completed through the end of that notice period.

What we collect. When you submit the project intake form, we collect the information you provide — name, business email, phone/WhatsApp, country, and project details. There is no account system or user login on this site.

Cookies & tracking. This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure how visitors reach us and to improve our advertising. The Meta Pixel may collect data such as pages viewed, device/browser information, and (if you arrived via a Facebook/Instagram ad) an identifier linking your visit back to that ad, and it may set cookies in your browser for this purpose. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own Data Policy. You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking through your Facebook Ad Preferences or by using a browser tracking-blocker/ad-blocker extension.

How we use it. Submitted information is used only to respond to your project request, prepare a proposal, and communicate about the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. RABHA LLC never receives or stores your full card number; Stripe's own privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.

Data retention. Project and contact information is kept only as long as needed to deliver the engagement and meet basic bookkeeping/legal requirements, after which it is deleted on request.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contacts@rabhallc.us.
